The prayers they pray…

Monday morning, we told our children that we were going to be praying for a lady in our church who was leaving to spend three weeks doing mission work in Asia.  Clay was talking to them about how much we all can learn from her, because even though she is older she is not letting that keep her from going on mission trips and telling people about Jesus.  We encouraged them to pray for her health, her safety in travelling, and that people would get new hearts as a result of her going.  So they prayed, the older girls praying basically just what we told them to pray.  Then Elisabeth prayed, and we discovered what stood out to her out of Daddy’s little speech.  Her prayer?  “Dear God, please help Mrs. Dolly not be so old.”
